When: Saturday 7 February 2026 - 12 noon to 6.15pm
Overview: Our group will meet at The Bridge Hotel, Durham from where the walk will start.
The first pub we visit on the walk (Bishops Mill) is a JD Wetherspoons
This has a choice of hot and cold food available to purchase.
The walk will continue to three other pubs and it will finish at the award winning Station House.
Grade: Easy to Moderate
Mileage: 6.0 - 6.5 miles total approx.
Terrain: tarmacked paths & pavements, muddy woodland and riverside paths & stone steps
WALKING BOOTS OR WALKING SHOES ARE STRONLGY RECOMMENDED AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR
Public Transport to the start point and also at the end of the walk

Dogs are allowed on our walks but please check with the pubs that they are "Dog Friendly".
Please be patient when waiting to be served at pubs.
On a Saturday afternoon Durham pubs will be very busy and crowded.
