This workshop is a two day module - you will be introduced to the Bowen move and learn a general whole body treatment, suitable for treating family & friends to benefit their health & wellbeing.
This is a practical workshop that emphasises hands -on experience, by the end, you will have acquired the essential skills and confidence to safely assist those around you .
No prior experience in body work is required.
You will receive everything necessary during the workshop- just bring your hands and curiosity.
