About this Event
This course introduces the core principles behind placing actors into any world or environment. Green-screen is one of the most widely used techniques in visual effects, and a foundation of modern filmmaking.
In this 1-week intensive, you’ll learn how artists remove backgrounds and integrate characters into entirely new environments. Using Nuke, the industry-standard software, you’ll work with keying techniques, clean plates, and colour integration to create seamless composites.
Topics covered: keying techniques, clean plate creation, compositing workflows, color integration
