Sometimes a career that once felt meaningful no longer fits, our definition of success changes, or an identity we've spent years building begins to shift. Even when change is necessary or welcome, letting go can bring grief, confusion, guilt, and uncertainty.
Many of us rush to figure out what's next without taking time to acknowledge what we're leaving behind. But meaningful transitions require more than moving forward. They also require making meaning of what came before.
