CAMP VILLAGES DRAGON BOAT TRAINING FOR TEENS

The Grand Masters Dragon Boat Club is holding two Camp Villages events for teens aged 13-16 on June 18th and July 23rd. Sign ups are through The Villages website at www.districtgov.org. Look for Recreation, then Camp Villages, then Summer program, then additional summer classes where you'll find Just for Teens Dragon Boating. We have room for 30 teens at each event, so sign up now!
The event is being held at Lake Sumter Landing next to the Waterfront Inn at the dock, from 8AM-10AM. The teens will be loaned equipment and receive training on land and then on the water on paddle technique, and then they will race three heats to determine the winning team! We would love to have three teams go out--Red, White and Blue! Medals will be awarded.
