ARMED FORCES DAY WEEKEND CELEBRATION!!!
- This is not a competition, but an individual show of support to our Veterans.
- Come watch or do as much or little as you can.

The Military workout is going to be based on a typical MURPH/WOD workout. Basically consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a second 1-mile run, optional a 20lb weighted vest.
BY NO MEANS IS IT MANDITORY to do everything. Just showing up and doing what you are able to is showing support... This is not a competition, but one's owe measure of tribute and celebration for our Armed Forces and Veterans. There are no age limits. This workout can be done solo, as a group or even as a relay. The 2-mile walk is just an option for the day to open this event up to more people.
