This camp is designed for anyone passionate about the Ziranmen system who seeks a deep, comprehensive exploration of internal martial arts beyond just Forms and dead Movements. Our focus is on diving into training methodologies, and developing martial strength to enhance overall well-being and open up the a perspective of Martial applications. In addition we will teach our family
acupressure method of Qigong Dianxue 气功点穴。
We begin with fundamental movements that form a solid foundation for advanced, practice-oriented techniques.
Throughout the camp, we delve into body mechanics and modern interpretations of Taiji, illustrating how inner strength can be nurtured and applied to improve your Martial goals.
Our goal is to clarify any uncertainties and ensure every participant leaves with valuable, immediately applicable insights that enrich both their practice and personal growth.
