Are you curious about the backyard ultra format? Want to try out new pacing, nutrition, or equipment? Just want to get out on the trails for some fun miles? Join us Saturday morning for 2-3 laps of the lake trail. Meet at the beach shelter at Lake Ahquabi and we’ll head out at 8am. All paces welcome. We’ll wait until the start of the next hour before heading out again so you can experiment with inter loop strategies. We’ll have an igloo of water at the shelter, bring your own nutrition.
