Event Description
Get ready for the Annual Camp Lakeview Resort Kid's Fishing Event—a morning on the dock that the whole family will be talking about long after the trophies are handed out.
The fun kicks off at 9 AM with a pancake breakfast, and from there it's a full day of fishing, friendly competition, and making memories. Over 2,600 fish have been stocked directly within our dock areas—meaning the kids aren't just hoping for a bite, they're practically guaranteed one. No fishing license required, and all poles, nets, and equipment are provided. Whether your kids are seasoned anglers or picking up a pole for the very first time, this is the perfect day on the water.
Breakfast begins at 9 AM, and each family will be assigned one of four contest time slots. To make sure you get a time that works best for your family (and nap schedules!), we highly recommend selecting your preferred slot during checkout. Each time slot is limited to 30 kids on the dock at once:
Group 1: 10 - 11 AM
Group 2: 11 AM - 12 PM
Group 3: 12 - 1 PM
Group 4: 1 - 2 PM
Between dock competitions, the day keeps rolling with more food, lakeside fun, and plenty of time to celebrate every catch. At 2 PM we’ll gather everyone back together for the trophy and awards ceremony, before officially wrapping up the event at 3 PM. Of course, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the resort until closing at 9 PM.
Kids 14 and under are free. Individual general admission is $25 per person.
