On November 14, World Diabetes Day, we’re getting together at the Camp Hendon offices to run, walk, or stroll one mile together.
This isn’t a race. Nobody’s timing you and nobody’s checking your pace. It’s a chance for the Camp Hendon community to be in the same place on the day the world pays attention to diabetes: campers, families, counselors, alumni, and anyone who has ever counted carbs at 2 a.m. or cheered on someone who does.
Every participant gets a T-1-D Miler shirt and a finisher’s medal. Come as you are, bring your family, and celebrate the people who make this community what it is.
When: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 9am
Where: Camp Hendon offices, 1640 Lyndon Farm Ct, Louisville, KY 40223
Distance: 1 mile, run or walk
Includes: Event shirt and medal for every participant
