Camp de jour - L’architecture en jeu / Architecture and Design Day Camp

Rejoignez-nous au Centre Canadien d’Architecture (CCA) pour un camp de jour estival où les enfants seront invités à découvrir, imaginer, dessiner, construire.

Cet été, nous ouvrons nos portes aux jeunes architectes en herbe. Par le biais d’un éventail d’activités – visites d’expositions, découverte du musée et de ses collections, ateliers, jeux, observations de leur environnement bâti, etc. – les enfants élaboreront un projet d’aménagement pour le parc situé devant le musée. Ils pourront ainsi imaginer et réfléchir leur propre espace de vie. À la fin de chaque semaine de camp, familles et ami.e.s seront invité.e.s à venir voir les projets de ces aspirants architectes.

Tarif : 300 CAD par semaine

Service de garde offert de 8h à 9h et de 16h à 17h

Quelques informations pratiques

• Il faut prévoir un repas froid et des collations sans allergène pour chaque jour du camp.
• Des activités extérieures seront prévues. Il faut donc s’habiller en conséquence, ainsi que prévoir crème solaire et bouteille d’eau.

• Il s’agit d’un camp bilingue

Architecture and Design Day Camp: Architecture in Play

Join us at the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) for a summer day camp where children are invited to discover, imagine, draw and build.

This summer, we are opening our doors to budding young architects. Through a range of activities, including visits to exhibitions, discovery of the museum and its collections, workshops, games and observations of their built environment, the children will develop a project for the park in front of the museum. This will enable them to imagine and reflect on their own living space. At the end of each week of camp, families and friends will be invited to come and see the aspiring architects’ projects.

Pricing: CAD 300 per week

The price includes:

• Childcare service
• Creative materials

Full refund if cancelled up to 10 business days before the start of the camp.

** Please note that payment will be made via the Jotform platform. Following your registration on Eventbrite, an email will be sent to collect certain information and process the payment. Your child’s registration will be confirmed once you have paid. **

Schedule: 9am to 4pm

Childcare service is offered from 8am–9am and 4pm–5pm

Practical Information:

• Cold Lunch and Allergen-Free Snacks: Please pack a cold lunch and allergen-free snacks for each day of the camp.
• Outdoor Activities: Outdoor activities are planned, so dress accordingly and remember to bring sunscreen and a water bottle.
• Bilingual Camp: The camp is conducted in both English and French.
