Cameron Nickerson’s 2018 solo career debut, Detours, established him as a formidable voice on the East Coast, earning nominations for Country Album of the Year at the East Coast Music Awards (2019) and the Nova Scotia Music Awards (2018).
In 2023, he returned stronger than ever with Submission, a critically acclaimed sophomore album already recognized with a Nova Scotia Music Award nomination.
But Nickerson’s evolution doesn’t stop there- In 2025, he will release The Wagon, his first official venture into the bluegrass genre. This bold move further showcases Nickerson’s versatility, as he embraces the vibrant and progressive sounds of folk music, while staying true to his storytelling roots.
