Mental Health Fundraiser for CPSL Mind. This is NOT a competition. Together We Lift are coach led event days, designed to be accessible to ALL ABILITIES. The events offer an opportunity to learn from some of the best in the strength world, whilst helping raise awareness for localised mental health charities.
Throughout the day you will be in equal ability groups, to ensure if you are beginner you get the opportunity to learn, equally if you are an experienced athlete wanting to learn from our pro's you will be a group of similarly experienced athletes.
The four core event stations for this event are;
- Traditional Deadlift
- Overhead Press
- Yoke & Hammer Hold
- Sandbag loading
We will then conclude with our hero event, the Tandem Deadlift
