About this Event

Cambridge Wellness Series: Gut Health Essentials for Life

Join us for an evening designed to make gut health simple and practical. You'll discover how everyday habits influence your digestion and overall health with clear insights, engaging experiences and tips you can start using right away. Come prepared for an evening of discovery and inspiration!

What to Expect

Cambridge Wellness Series is a series of events bringing people together to explore health and wellness in simple, accessible ways, hosted by Niki Stephenson-Agnes & Jennifer Corbett.

Each event in the series features practitioners with clear, practical insights on health and wellness from gut health and stress management, to movement, nutrition and more.

The first in the series: Gut Health Essentials for Life, brings together talks, tips and interactions on nutrition and lifestyle, movement and the lymphatic system to discover some of the key tools to getting your gut, (and yourself!) feeling at its best. Expect engaging talks, practical tools and complimentary drinks and nibbles.

Cambridge Wellness Series is designed to be accessible and engaging, with space to connect, ask questions and take away actionable insights and knowledge to optimise your health and wellness beyond the evening. You'll have the chance to meet local practitioners and join a welcoming community focused on conversation, connection and everyday health.

Supported by Hip Pop (drinkhippop.com), Tims Dairy (timsdairy.co.uk) and Cambridge Cookery School (cambridgecookery.com), guests will have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary product trials.

Location

This event will be hosted by Cambridge Cookery & Cafe (https://cambridgecookery.com/cafe/), established in 2008, who offer delicious gut-friendly dishes based on fermented, pickled, sour dough and whole kernel infused seasonal dishes prepared by the Cordon Bleu trained team.
