Start the evening with a 5:30pm reception featuring passed hors d'oeuvres, perfectly paired with Cambria, Katherine’s Vineyard, Chardonnay, Santa Maria Valley.

Indulge in a gourmet meal as Chef Conway’s expertly crafted dishes are complemented by Jill Russell's selected wines from Cambria Winery, renowned for its cool-climate varietals and sustainable practices.

• Smoked Salmon Potato Cake, charcoal aioli, marjoram
