CalvertHealth Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery Program Wellness Workshops are open to pre– and post-operative patients and will feature presentations on topics such as nutrition, exercise, life after surgery and more!

We know that patients who have proper support throughout the first one to two years after surgery are more likely to keep off the weight for good.

Wellness Workshops are designed to provide a supportive space for individuals who have had, or are planning to have, weight loss surgery to learn more; connect with others; and share experiences, feelings, and questions.
