We welcome you to Calumet College Council's Formal "A Night in Olympus".

Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 2, 2026 and get ready to indulge in a four-course meal, a photoboothm thrilling experience, and more!

Event Details:

Location: Chateau Le Jardin (8440 Highway 27, Vaughn, L4L 1A5)

Doors Open: 5:30 PM

Transportation: Free bus transportation

• Calumet College building to Chateau Le Jardin at 5:15 PM & 5:45 PM
• Chateau Le Jardin to Calumet College Building at 11: 30 PM & 12 AM
  

Theme: A Night in Olympus

Alcohol Service: Available for those 19+ with a valid government ID (Passport or Driver's License)

Key Things:

• YorkU ID (For Calumet and YorkU students)
• Valid Government ID ( to confirm for suitable drinking age) as it will be checked upon registration.
• Waivers are required - You will receive them via email before the event.
