Join me for a 2-hour container where we breathe, connect, and realign!
*We will open with intention setting and connection exercises, then embark on a transformative journey together.
*I'll explain the technique so everyone is clear on what to expect.
*You'll be guided through a 50-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session, set to carefully selected music and supported with Reiki healing.
*We’ll have time for integration and heart-sharing before we close the space.
