Training Summary: Behaviors are a form of communication. Labeling feelings through words, movement, and the art helps the child in all of us to better express ourselves. We will use sensory expression as a tool to captivate children and help them to communicate feelings.
Learning Outcomes:
- Share tools/resources to identify feelings
- Use movement to explore feelings
- Use role-playing to explore feelings
- Use creative expression to explore feelings
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
