A Sensory Sound Experience for Neurodivergent Youth
Calm Waves is a sensory-friendly sound experience thoughtfully designed to support regulation, relaxation, and emotional ease for neurodivergent children and teens in a safe, supportive environment.
This small-group offering is ideal for youth who:
✨ experience sensory sensitivities
✨ benefit from low-demand environments
✨ enjoy sound, vibration, or music
✨ need supportive spaces for rest and regulation
Using gentle instruments, calming tones, and soft vibrations, participants are invited into a predictable and flexible experience designed to honor each child’s unique sensory needs and comfort level.
There is no expectation to remain still or quiet.
Children are welcome to engage in whatever way feels most supportive for them - whether that means lying down, sitting, moving around, observing, taking breaks, humming, or simply being present in the space.
Caregivers remain present throughout the experience to support co-regulation, supervision, and comfort.

• Small group size (maximum 5 participants)
• Neurodivergent-affirming and sensory-informed approach
• Predictable structure with gentle transitions
• No sudden or overwhelming sounds
• Freedom to move, rest, and take breaks as needed
• Compassionate, judgment-free environment for both children and caregivers
🌿 What to Expect:
Each 1-hour session includes:
• gentle arrival and room acclimation
• optional breathwork and grounding
• safe instrument exploration
• calming sensory sound experience
• grounding and transition support before closing
Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, and families are encouraged to bring comfort items such as stuffed animals, fidgets, blankets, pillows, or noise-canceling headphones if helpful.
Our intention is not perfection or performance -
it is regulation, exploration, safety, and gentle connection. 💚
✨ Investment: $44 per child + caregiver
✨ Pre-session intake form and waiver required prior to attendance
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for settling into the space comfortably.
