Join us for a transformative Sound Bath experience led by Reiki Master Diane, on Monday April 20th, from 7-8:15pm.

Immerse yourself in a soothing and rejuvenating session that combines the harmonious vibrations of metallic singing bowls, and other healing instruments.

During this one-hour session, you will be guided through a meditative journey where the resonating sounds of these instruments work together to create a deeply calming atmosphere. The resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, accompanied by a variety of other soothing instruments, will envelop you—promoting deep relaxation and a sense of inner harmony

Sound Baths are known for their therapeutic effects:

• Improving focus and concentration encourages mindfulness and present-moment awareness
• Helping to reduce stress and release tension, and promote overall well-being
• Improve sleep quality by calming the mind and stimulating the brain preparing to rest the body.As you lay back and surrender to the sounds, allow the vibrations to wash over you, creating a space for inner reflection and healing.

No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome to attend. Bring a yoga mat or cushion for your comfort, and come prepared to unwind and connect with the healing power of sound.
