Through guided reflection, interactive activities, and mindfulness exercises, participants will gain tools to quiet overwhelm, strengthen resilience, and build a personalized approach to navigating entrepreneurship with intention rather than exhaustion.

About the Speaker: 

Dr. Kia Ruffin is a mental health clinician, educator, speaker, and transformational leader dedicated to advancing mental wellness and community empowerment. With over a decade of experience in social work, leadership, and community impact, she brings a holistic approach to helping individuals and organizations thrive.

She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Doctorate in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. Dr. Ruffin is a Mental Health Clinician at Intentional Healing Empowerment Center and founder of The Wellspace Collective, where she provides coaching and consulting focused on wellness, leadership, and purpose-driven growth.
