Meditation can sometimes seem daunting if you feel like you're required to clear your mind completely to be successful.

But what if we just turn down the volume a bit? Allow our nervous system to settle. Make way for some good chemicals to pour into our body and brain. Take a trip into a different realm that allows us to suspend ourselves for just a little while between states of consciosness and chaos?

If your heart is saying "Yes, please!" to this, join me for a unique, intimate mediation experience. We'll spend a little time getting settled while I connect with the energy of the room and those in it. Then I'll channel a calming, peaceful journey that is crafted specifically for our session. It's never scripted, and never the exact same thing twice.

Soothing sound instruments become intertwined in the space, allowing those good feelings to integrate as we prepare to take them with us into the rest of the week.

This event typically occurs the third Thursday of each month at 7:00pm, but I'm travelling in Nov, so I'm moving this month's session to 6:30pm on the following Tuesday, before Thanksgiving.

Cyndi Barker-Kunkel, founder of Rare Phoenix Rising Wellness, is a certified Reiki Master and Sound Bath Facilitator, and leads corporate, public/group, and private one-on-one guided meditations in and around LA's west side. She also offers private mentoring sessions geared towards mindset, manifestation, and healing of limiting beliefs.
