On World Mental Health Day, join us for an evening dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space for peace amidst the chaos.
This women’s gathering is a chance to:

✨ Share openly in a safe and supportive circle
✨ Reflect through journaling and self-discovery prompts
✨ Release what no longer serves you with a collective ritual
✨ Connect with like-minded women who value growth, healing, and community

This gathering is open to all women seeking connection, reflection, and tools to support their mental well-being. No previous experience with meditation or women’s circles is needed, just bring yourself as you are.
