More about Christina: Hey folks! I have been a fitness instructor for nearly 3 years and am certified to teach a variety of mat Pilates, reformer Pilates and dance cardio formats. You can expect low-impact movement and encouraging vibes set to an upbeat playlist. I always share both modifications and amplifications so you can customize the workout to exactly what you need. My mission is simple: to create a supportive, zero-intimidation space where every body—regardless of age, background, or fitness level—can feel strong, capable, and empowered. I can't wait to move with you!

More about Jay: Hi! I’ve been practicing yoga for the past two years and am currently completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I love teaching through Vinyasa and Hatha-inspired flows. One of my favorite things is creating flows that feel grounding and inspiring, especially while bringing a sense of connection with nature into my classes. I can’t wait to share this beautiful practice with you!
