Calm Connection: Learning & Networking is a cozy, inclusive gathering for local wellness seekers, neurodivergent folks, chronic illness warriors, and small business owners who want a gentler way to connect.Each quarter, we feature a short educational talk followed by light networking, snacks, and space to ask questions in a calm, sensory-aware environment.

This month, the conversation is centered around:
What Healing Actually Feels Like (When It’s Trauma-Informed)
Hosted by Monica Munson – Restorative Healing Haven, this talk explores a different approach to healing—one that works with your nervous system instead of against it.
We’ll gently explore:
* why traditional approaches don’t always reach the root
* what it means to include the body in healing
* how trauma-informed care changes the experience
* what sessions actually feel like (Reiki, somatic work, and mind-body trauma healing)
This is not a lecture—it’s an invitation to understand your body in a new way.
