Join us for a Calm - Connect - Create, a mindfulness workshop where you can enjoy an afternoon of calm, creativity and connection at the stunning Humble Heart Yoga Studio in Silchester Road, St Leonards, East Sussex.Together we will practice mindful meditation, gentle, flowing Qigong and have an opportunity to get creative as we engage in an art making project leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged. This workshop will be inspired by the power of positive affirmations.
Positive affirmations are simple yet powerful tools that can help shift our mindset, boost self-belief, and promote emotional well-being. When repeated regularly, affirmations can gently rewire negative thought patterns, helping us cultivate a more compassionate and empowered inner dialogue. Creating your own affirmation card adds a personal and creative touch, making the message even more meaningful. Placing it somewhere visible allows it to serve as a daily reminder of your intentions, values, and inner strength—encouraging you to meet each day with clarity, confidence, and calm.

Your workshop facilitator for the afternoon is Tania Murray from A Mindful Way of Life. Tania, is a qualified and registered mindfulness teacher who offers nurturing courses and workshops for women to gather, slow down, and reconnect with their inner voice whilst reflecting and remembering who they are. She has taught mindfulness and well-being workshops for several years both locally and abroad.
