� Calm Before Christmas – A Day Just For You �As we move into the busy, often overwhelming run-up to Christmas, we wanted to create something gentle… something grounding… something that feels like a deep exhale before the world gets noisy again.
On Saturday 13th December, 11am – 4pm, we — Jade from Love & Light Wellness and Linda from Mystic Moon Holistics — are holding a nurturing winter retreat at East Hardwick Village Hall. A cosy, heart-led space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be held in calm, supportive energy.
You can expect:
� Mindful crafting
� Warming cacao
� Hands-on healing
� Creative journalling
� An immersive sound bath & meditation
� Non-alcoholic mulled “wine” & homemade mince pies
� Light refreshments provided
All offered with love for £44.
To make your day as comfortable and restorative as possible, please bring:
