About this Event
Calling in Peace: A Conscious Breath Ceremony is a guided experience using Conscious Connected Breathwork, a trauma-informed practice that bridges modern science with psychospiritual and mystical understandings of breath and consciousness.
Across cultures and throughout time, breath has been recognized as a gateway to awareness—regulating the nervous system, opening access to emotional release, and connecting us to deeper states of presence. Conscious Connected Breathwork works intentionally yet powerfully to support self-regulation, insight, and integration, always honoring personal agency and safety.
We are living, breathing beings on a living, breathing planet. At this potent moment on Earth, our breath and awareness matter. This ceremony offers space to consciously cultivate peace within the body and extend that coherence outward—offering breath as a bridge between inner stillness and collective healing.
Participants are invited to move at their own pace, listening to their bodies and honoring their boundaries, while breathing together in shared intention—for peace, presence, and planetary care.
The breathwork practice will be led by Ivy Overby, a certified Radiant Body Yoga Teacher (200 RYT), an advanced pranayama practitioner and teacher, and a certified, trauma-informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator. Ivy also serves as a mentor in an internationally recognized breathwork facilitation training, supporting facilitators worldwide through skillful, ethical, and embodied practice.
With over 32 years as a hairdresser and entrepreneur, Ivy brings a grounded, real-world approach to transformation. Her teaching is rooted in Embodied Leadership, the 12-step recovery path, and Collective Consciousness, offering spaces that are both deeply attuned and responsibly held.
A devoted Kundalini and Bhakti Yoga practitioner, Ivy is passionate about using breath and movement as precise tools to access, regulate, and integrate the energetic body. A Colorado native, she finds nourishment in the mountains, natural hot springs, and time with her family and beloved cats.
All are welcome.
