Join wellness coach Lindsey Kilgo and sound healer Katie Lemmert for an immersive evening designed to help you reconnect with your vision and call in abundance from a grounded, intentional place.

We’ll begin with guided gratitude and vision boarding to help you get clear on what you truly want to invite into your life. From there, you’ll be led into a deeply restorative 45 minute sound bath, using Himalayan singing bowls to calm the nervous system and bring your body into alignment.

We’ll close with an abundant tea ceremony and time to connect, integrate, and share.
