🌈 Stonewall on Stonewall: An LGBTQ+ Celebration in Woodland Heights 🌈
- 4:00 PM - Screen Printing Begins. Bring any shirts, flags, fabrics, or paper you'd like to print on! Check out the screenprinting design options.
- 4:30 PM - Delegate Rae Cousins kicks off "Stonewall on Stonewall" at the gathering space, W 28th + Stonewall.
- 4:40 PM - Remarks from Lieutenant Governor Ghazala Hashmi, and a moment of remembrance for Bill Martin, Vickie Hester, Beth Marschak, and the other warriors who came before us.
- 4:50 PM - Warm up your voice and learn the parade chants before we march.
- 5:00 PM - Everyone Parades! March up Stonewall Ave from W 28th to W 34th and back. Decorate your bikes, strollers, and floats!
- 5:45 PM - DJ The Disco Cat welcomes the parade back to the gathering space.
- 6:00 PM - Remarks from the Honorable Kenya Gibson, Richmond City Council.
- 6:30 PM - Live music from Deau Eyes.
- 7:00 PM - Closing remarks and next steps in the charge with the Honorable Stephanie Lynch and Sarah Abubaker, Richmond City Council.

In 1969, the Stonewall riots sparked a movement for LGBTQ+ rights, and in 2026, we’ll celebrate the 57th Anniversary of that historic moment! 🎉 The anniversary falls on Sunday, June 28, and we’d love for YOU to be a part of this vibrant celebration.
The event will have: ✨ Music 🍔 Food & drinks 🎨 Rainbow decorations up and down Stonewall 🎉 Fun games for kids 📜 Information to honor the history 🚶♂️ A parade through Woodland Heights!
