What to expect: We'll start with a breathwork + movement practice to let the body speak followed by a voyage into stillness and sound, where the senses will be stirred through scent, touch + atmosphere. Ethereal soundscapes, cinematics and silky vocals will have you lifted. Using the technology of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and deep vibrational tones, we will rewire the nervous system, releasing tension and stagnation to make space for clarity, healing, and flow.

Pardis is a multi-disciplinary, Iranian-American artist and visionary whose work is intended to explore the depths of being human, inspire inner alchemy, and encourage others to liberate their own creative genius.
