We teamed up with Talent Maker City to make special collaboration coasters! Each one is engraved on the back with our logos, as well as having space for the artist to sign their name.
We want to showcase as many artists from our community as we can! This show is for you, by you. Whether you're a seasoned gallery artist or it's your first time, we're happy to have you!
Important Dates:
- Coaster Pick-up starts Thursday March 19, 2026
- Coaster Drop-off Deadline: Wednesday July 8, 2026
*Pick up and drop off coasters at Central Art Medford
- Opening Reception: Friday July 17, 2026 during Medford Third Friday Art Walk, 5-8pm
Artwork to be displayed July 17 - September 12, 2026
- Each artist is welcome to submit up to 5 coasters total
- Artists will receive 1 complimentary coaster to create art for the show. Each additional coaster will be $2, paid for upon pick up, if you choose to create more than one.
- The artist's name, valid phone number and email must be included to participate. Updates and reminders will be sent periodically.
- Any medium may be used! The artist is responsible for preparing their coaster(s) accordingly for their chosen medium.
- Artists working on paper need to mount their piece(s) to the coaster.
- 3D/sculptural aspects are welcome, please keep in mind that the coasters will be displayed vertically on a shelf during the show.
Starting Monday July 26, the pieces will go live for sale on our website. All coasters will be priced at $50 each. Central Art Gallery will receive a 20% commission on each coaster sold.
Sold pieces will remain in the gallery for the duration of the show. Upon the show's completion, buyers will be contacted to pick up their purchases. Any unsold artwork will be picked up by the artist.
