SUBMISSION OF ART:
Eligibility:
– All art forms will be considered for our pop-up gallery show. Cali Commons is a family-friendly gallery.
– The show is open to all ages.
– Finished pieces must not exceed 6″ x 6″ x 6″ in any direction (this includes the exterior size of any framed art).
-All art submitted for the show must be for sale and ready to hang or display. We accept both sawtooth and wired hanging for 2-dimensional works.
Participant fee: Participants may submit up to 3 pieces at no fee. Additional art is welcome and can be submitted with a fee of $3 per entry. The fee is collected at the art drop off.
First canvas free! Yes, Cali Commons will provide artists with their first 5″ x 5″ canvas! Additional canvases can be collected for a donation of $3 per canvas. Canvasses are available while supplies last. Artists accepting the free canvas agree to return the works to the gallery during the announced drop-off times.

Gallery Commission:
For this special event show & fundraiser, Cali Commons will receive a 50% commission for the sale of your works to help support the mission of Cali Commons. We appreciate your generosity to help sustain our art community. Artist payments will be mailed within 4 weeks of the show closing to the address included on the form below.

Sales: Gallery Commission for the Tiny Art Fundraiser: Artists will receive 50% commission on the sales of their work. Checks will be mailed within 4 weeks of the show closing. Cali Commons receives a 50% commission for the Tiny Art Show to support operations including credit card and transaction fees.
Promotion: Artists are encouraged to assist in the show promotion via their own communication channels by inviting family & friends to the show and sharing event information on your social media channels, personal or professional website or direct emails.
Disclaimer: By submitting digital artwork images to Cali Commons, artists are granting Cali Commons the use of these images for show promotion. Neither Cali Commons or the sponsors are responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late or misdirected submissions. Artists must have their own insurance.
Ownership of Unclaimed Artwork: If an artist fails to retrieve their artwork within thirty (30) calendar days following the conclusion of the exhibition, and no written extension or arrangement has been made, the artwork shall be deemed abandoned. The Cali Commons shall thereafter assume full ownership and reserves the right to dispose of, store, donate or sell the artwork at its sole discretion.
