Calile Culture returns to Hellenika this October for an afternoon with restaurateur and author Simon Gloftis.

To mark the release of his new book, 'Hellenika', Simon will be joined in conversation by Culinary Editor of the Australian Financial Review, Jill Dupleix. Together, they will explore the recipes, memories and experiences that found their way into the book.

Gather around the table for a shared banquet inspired by Hellenika's celebrated cookbook, where beloved family recipes and Greek favourites are served alongside a selection of Greek wines and Mythos, plus an Athena's Spritz on arrival.
