Join us for an immersive evening celebrating the diverse and expressive wines of California, featuring Optima Winery. This guided tasting experience will be led by a wine educator directly from the winery, offering insider insight into the vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and the stories behind each bottle.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated lineup of Optima wines (subject to change), showcasing California’s range from aromatic whites to bold, structured reds:

• Gewürztraminer
• PMT Red Blend
• Zinfandel
• Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Each pour will be perfectly paired with Vichino’s house-made pretzels, alongside meats, cheeses, and fruit, designed to complement and elevate the wines.
