Feel better--body, mind and soul this year with a womens' wellness retreat.
Enjoy 5 days and 4 nights from September 27th-October 1st at the beautiful Wonder Valley Resort 30 minutes east of Fresno in the Sierra Nevada foothills. We rent the ENTIRE space so it is only retreaters on campus the entire time.
We offer private rooms, delicious 3 meals a day, and all amazing activities from sunup to sundown.
You will be able to pick from classes like SUP yoga, Melt Method Foam Roller Pilates, kayaking, nature walks, meditation, sound baths, fire circles, breathwork, Shamanic Journeys, manifestation, Despacho ceremony, past-life regression, wellness workshops, grief and trauma work, reiki, cacao ceremony and so much more.
The resort also has swimming pools, a fitness center, archery and optional horseback riding.
We have women coming from age 14-104 and you will meet women your age as soon as you get there as we breakout into small groups.
Feels like summer camp but way nicer! You can even get a cozy cottage off the beaten path on a secluded road if you want.
