California Secretary of State Research Symposium on California Elections

The symposium will be held at the March Fong Eu Secretary of State Building, in Sacramento, California, and will feature a fireside chat with California Secretary of State, Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D.

We will also highlight some insightful data and research from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Voting Rights Project, the California State University, Sacramento (CSUS), the University of Southern California, and data from California’s Vote Cal System.

This is the California Secretary of State’s inaugural event and will focus on research about our diverse electorate, voter perspectives, and lessons learned from past elections that point to some potential future directions for California.
