About this Event

California Native Plant Society BOOKCLUB

Join us for a fun, in-person meetup where plant enthusiasts gather to chat about all things native plants! Whether you're a seasoned botanist or just curious, this BOOKCLUB is a warm place to share ideas, recommend reads, and connect with fellow plant lovers. Don’t miss out on great conversations and a chance to dive deeper into California’s amazing flora! The club will meet monthly.

The book for April continues to be Braiding Sweet Grass, so much to discuss. May will be Secrets of the Oak Woodland, a series of short vignettes of fascinating nature facts by Kate Marianshild. June is Brave the Wild River, The Untold Story of Two Women Who Mapped the Botany of the Grand Canyon by Melissa L. Sevigny.
