California Dreaming— Women's Yoga & Wellness Retreat

MEDITATION & JOURNALING

A quiet time each morning to meditate and journal as group. A chance to reflect, process, and tune inward.

YOGA & QIGONG on the BEACH
Our Hatha yoga classes are beginner, intermediate, and advanced-friendly! It's not goal-driven or doing poses by auto-pilot. Instead, yoga is an opportunity to spend time in your body, be attuned to the information and sensations that arrive, and staying curious. Most of all, it is about connecting to the universal elements during your practice.

TRE® / TENSION, ANXIETY, STRESS RELEASE

Experience neurogenic tremors and a somatic process to unwind chronic tightness and pain in the body. Benefits include better sleep, myofasical elasticity, greater range of motion, and mental clarity.

BREATHWORK + ENERGY WORK JOURNEY
We begin with a steady form of circular breathing to release blocked energy from the body. We then transition into regular breathing and connect to a higher vibration with a playlist of intentional sound frequencies. This expanded state of consciousness works through us and for us into healing, insight, and more love.

FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
We'll explore simple Family Constellation exercises to develop our intuition, felt sense, and to have a deeper understanding of ourselves.
