Join us for a pivotal half-day event dedicated to transforming Black birth outcomes through focused policy and advocacy. The California Black Birth Equity Summit Advocacy Roundtable brings together the key stakeholders—researchers, elected officials, and community advocates—to move beyond discussion and into action.

This is a unique opportunity to directly engage in meaningful dialogue about policy solutions needed to address the systemic inequities in California's Black birth care.

This is not a lecture—it's a learning and working session. Designed to teach, empower, and facilitate community building, this roundtable will provide a unique opportunity to connect and be heard by elected officials.

• Interactive Learning: Participate in hands-on session to build fundational Advocacy 101 skills and knowledge.
• Expert Speakers: Learn from leading voices who will share insights on current policies and how federal initiatives are impacting Black birth care at the CA state and local levels.
• Collaborative Brainstorming: Connect with fellow attendees to collectively brainstorm and develop actionable next steps for post-Summit advocacy.
• Bridge the Gap: This is your chance to directly hear from elected officials and bridge the gap between research, advocacy, and policy-making.
