Calico Theatre Company that is creating a community of theatre artists with visible and hidden disabilities and allies
would like to invite you to attend our second hybrid mixer on Tuesday, July 28th from 6:00 pm-8:30 pm at City Lights Theater Company in Downtown San Jose and from 7:00 pm-8:30 pm on Google Meet.
Join us for an evening of networking, refreshments, and an inclusive arts discussion.
The event is free to attend.

Walk-ins are also welcome.
In Person Check-In: Please check in inside the City Lights lobby around 6:00 pm.
Virtual Check-In: Please check in and login to Google Meet at 7:00 pm.
Agenda: The agenda will be available when it gets closer to the date.
Food and Drinks: For guests attending in-person, Calico Theatre Company will provide snacks and drinks including bottled water and a variety of gluten free, dairy free, vegan and food options with no coconut or nuts.
Theatre Games: The plan is to do 1-2 theatre games at the mixer. Participation is optional. Below is a copy of the theatre games we plan to lead with the instructions.
Attire: There is no formal event attire. Please feel free to dress to express or business casual optional.
Transportation Info:
Parking: There is street parking next to the theatre and walking distance to the theatre. There are also parking garages, but they are not a long walk from the theatre. Please let us know if you need a City Lights ADA parking space.
RideShare Drop Off & Pick Up:
The rideshare drop off and pick up is right in front of the theatre.
Public Transit:
There are multiple buses right by the theatre. There is a light rail station nearby, but it is a long walk from the theatre. For Bart or Caltrain it is a 5-7 minute Lyft or Uber ride from either San Jose Dierdon Caltrain Station or from the Berryessa Bart Station.
