Join us at Rodney’s Oyster House in Calgary on June 6 for a rollicking good time with the fabulous host of CBC’s Q, the one and only Tom Power (BA’09)! Today, Tom is well known for his in-depth, heartfelt interviews with the most famous entertainers in the world. His disarming nature, which puts his guests at such ease, was cultivated in his hometown of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. In particular, Tom credits his time as a folklore student at Memorial University as the beginning of his career in radio. He is not only a gifted host, but an accomplished folk musician.
We'll laugh, sing, share memories and create new ones as we enjoy delicious food and drink.
