1. Auction date – March 15th at West Cal Arena in Sulphur, La. This auction is for major items such as selling farm machinery, construction equipment, vehicles, trailers, RVs, ATVs, golf cars and other related items. Small miscellaneous items will not be included in this auction. We will be onsite Monday, March 10th through Thursday, March 13 to receive sale items. The advertising deadline to get your items included in our brochure is February 17th.
2. Auction date – May 3rd at Beauregard Parish Covered Arena in DeRidder, La. This auction is for major items such as selling farm machinery, construction equipment, vehicles, trailers, RVs, ATVs, golf cars and other related items. Small miscellaneous items will not be included in this auction. We will be onsite Monday, April 28th through Thursday, May 1st to receive sale items. The advertising deadline to get your items included in our brochures is April 7th.
3. Auction date – September 13th at West Cal Arena in Sulphur, La. This auction is for major items such as selling farm machinery, construction equipment, vehicles, trailers, RVs, ATVs, golf cars and other related items. Small miscellaneous items will not be included in this auction. We will be onsite Monday, September 8th through Thursday, September 11th to receive sale items. The advertising deadline to get your items included in our brochure is August 18th.
4. Auction date – November 22nd at Burton Complex in Lake Charles, La. This auction is for miscellaneous items such as school, office and household furniture, cafeteria and kitchen items, computers and other electronic items, lawn and garden items, shop equipment and similar items.
In addition to those live auctions, we also offer online timed auctions (eBay style) selling farm machinery, construction equipment, vehicles, trailers and other related items. These auctions are held on a weekly basis using the AuctionTime.com platform. For these items it is best if you deliver the items to our office/yard. Once there we will photograph, video and catalog each item with detailed descriptions. These items will be posted on AuctionTime.com, our website as well as our Facebook page. The items will be online for a period of 5-6 weeks to get maximum exposure. AuctionTime.com sends out printed as well as digital auction catalogs each week. We handle all phone calls, texts messages and emails from potential buyers as well as scheduling showing of the items. Once sold we also handle scheduling the pickup and loading out of the items. All this makes it a very seamless and easy process for you. We do this quite a bit for several government agencies as well as businesses and individuals.
