The path from early product to funded, scaling company is rarely linear. How do founders make the right tradeoffs when resources are thin, conviction is tested, and investors are watching?

At this Cal Alumni of Silicon Valley event, a group of Cal founders will share their experiences navigating that journey — from early product development through fundraising, growth, and building teams. They'll talk about the decisions that shaped their companies, how they approached investors, and what they learned along the way.
