During this class, Chef Hannaa will be teaching you basic techniques for cake building & decorating on 5" bento cakes! The cakes, swiss meringue buttercream, & fillings will all be ready upon your arrival to work with. Preparing all the ingredients gives you the ability to focus on creating your cake design.
At the end of the class, you'll take home your two layer bento cake fully decorated and ready to be consumed. You will also take home our vanilla cake recipe & swiss meringue buttercream recipe.
