The class itself is a box of 6 cupcakes where I will go through:* Piping nozzles and tips
* Piping using different nozzles
* How to pipe a rosette swirl
* How to colour sugarpaste
* How to adjust sugarpaste so it is suitable for modelling
* How to make sugarpaste models using basic tools.
* We’ll be making: Santa’s face, elf model, domed snowman face, present, domed reindeer face and Christmas tree.
I’ve included a photo of some I have previously done as an example of what you will create.
All equipment including the cupcakes and buttercream will be provided for you, all you need to do is turn up! There will also be drinks available throughout the class. This is an all-day class so please do bring some lunch, alternatively there is a sandwich shop within a 5-minute walk.
The class will be held on Saturday 14th December in Batley (WF17 6ES) between 9am – 5pm (end time may vary) and is £60 per person. A £25 non-refundable deposit secures your space, the class to be paid in full the week prior (payments can be done in instalments if this is preferred).
Some of the cupcake toppers are more intricate compared to previous classes, so may take longer to do.
Places are limited but I am happy to host multiple classes if there is enough interest.
