Kantency technically "launched" back in November but was weak. We've done lots of learning since then. We've meet lots of wonderful people, had tons of amazing conversations, and each person has a different idea of what Kantency is (to no fault of their own).

Kantency is Step 0.
If Step 1 is implementing a change, Step 0 is taking a step back to first map out your existing systems to ensure that a Step 1 change is effective.
Our network is our Step 1 team- a group of people who are the experts in their respective Step 1 changes & strategies.
We want to help people in our network to connect with one another. Naturally, we want to be intentional about it too. We want to help facilitate introductions in the room to get people connected with the right people.
Karli's Birthday Celebration
It's an exciting birthday celebration for Karli, although we won't disclose the number here. The last year has been an absolute rollercoaster, getting Kantency birthed and off the ground. This next lap around the sun is going to be a BIG one, with oodles of big milestones and we want to kick it off with a bang!
