The West Baton Rouge Museum will host its monthly Cajun Jam with the Cajun French Music Association on Friday evening, December 12, 2025 from 6-8 PM. This month’s jam will be held in conjunction with the museum’s annual Holiday Open House and will be led by Wallace Trahan and Tim Parrodin. Join us for lots of music, merriment, cider, gingerbread, and traditional holiday activities inside the museum and inside its historic buildings on our grounds which will be aglow with candlelight.As part of its cultural offerings, the West Baton Rouge Museum is hosting this program to allow musicians to informally play acoustic instruments including fiddle, accordion, guitar, washboard, triangle, and double bass. No amps, please. This program is hosted every 3rd Sunday of the month and is FREE and open to the public. Please note this month’s date change due to the holidays.
