Each session, held on Tuesdays, Wednsedays, and Thursdays from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM, ensures your athlete gets well-rounded training. This is an excellent opportunity for athletes to fine-tune their mechanics and build muscle memory in a structured and supportive environment.
